The SCOT offices have been moved to the TASO Training Center in Kanyanya. This is in preparation of the eventual close down of the project after five years of service.

The telephone and post box number remain the same. All email addresses used by SCOT staff are still availble until May 2010.

Kibaale and Kiboga are typical examples of districts that have high HIV prevalence yet with low capacity to respond to issues around HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment services. It is for this reason that the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI) in partnership with leading HIV agencies in Uganda set up a project to aid Kibaale and Kiboga districts build their capacity to tackle these through a project called the Kibaale—Kiboga project (KKP).
